Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using the Blue6 platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Blue6 on behalf of an organisation (e.g. a gym or club), you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use Blue6

Blue6 is intended for martial arts clubs, gyms, and event organisers. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. What Blue6 Provides

Blue6 is a SaaS platform for:

• Managing fight night events and bout sheets
• Storing and organising fighter profiles (name, weight, height, fight record)
• Automated matchmaking suggestions based on fighter attributes
• Digital waiver generation, delivery, and signed waiver storage
• Weigh-in and ticket management tools

Blue6 is a management tool only. We do not organise, sanction, or take responsibility for any actual martial arts events, bouts, or the safety of participants.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you upload, including fighter data, waiver text, and event information
• You must obtain appropriate consent before entering personal data about fighters or staff
• You are responsible for ensuring your waivers are legally sufficient for your jurisdiction — Blue6 provides tooling, not legal advice
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Blue6 offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Subscription management for the iOS and Android apps must be done via the web at blue6.uk or directly through your device's App Store / Google Play subscription settings. We do not process in-app purchases through Apple or Google.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Blue6 and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Blue6 and are protected by copyright law. You retain ownership of all data you upload (fighter records, event content, waiver text). By uploading data, you grant Blue6 a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Blue6 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any personal data you enter into Blue6 about third parties (e.g. fighters).

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account). All your club data, fighter records, events, and waivers will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or injury arising from events managed using Blue6. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Blue6 in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily suspend the Service with or without notice. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data before termination where reasonably practicable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Blue6 after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
