Blue6 ("we", "us", "our") is a martial arts club management platform that helps gyms and clubs manage fight events, fighter records, matchmaking, and digital waivers.

2. Information We Collect
We only collect personal data necessary to operate the Blue6 platform.
Club and Staff Information
- Club name and address
- Contact email address
- Staff and coach names and email addresses
Fighter Information
We collect fighter information that may be provided either by fighters themselves or by authorised club staff. This includes:
- First and last name
- Email address (used for waivers and notifications)
- Height and weight
- Fight record (wins, losses, draws)
- Profile images and other optional information
Both fighters and club administrators may input and update this information within the platform.
Account Information
- Email address
- Encrypted password
- Subscription plan and billing status (processed via our payment provider)
Usage and Technical Data
- IP address
- Device type and browser information
- Pages or features accessed
- Timestamps and server logs
This data is used for security, performance monitoring, and debugging.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as government identification numbers or financial details. Health-related information is limited to basic athletic attributes (such as weight and height) required for sport management.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide and operate the Blue6 platform
- Create and manage clubs, events, and fighter profiles
- Generate and deliver digital waivers
- Store and retrieve signed waivers
- Support matchmaking features based on fighter attributes
- Process subscriptions and manage billing
- Provide customer support
- Improve and secure the platform
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR)
We process personal data under the following legal bases:
- Contract – to provide the services you sign up for
- Legitimate interests – for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement
- Consent – for optional communications, which you may withdraw at any time
- Legal obligation – where we are required to retain certain data under law
5. Data Sharing and Processors
We do not sell personal data.
We only share data with trusted third-party service providers ("processors") necessary to operate the platform:
- Cloud hosting providers – infrastructure and database hosting
- Email service providers – transactional emails (e.g. waivers, notifications)
- Media storage providers – storing uploaded images and files
- Payment processors – handling subscription payments (we do not store card details)
All processors are contractually required to protect personal data.

9. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time via the app:
Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account
This permanently deletes:
- Your account profile
- Club data
- Fighter records
- Stored waivers
Some data may remain in secure backups for a limited period before full deletion.
10. Cookies and Storage
- The web app uses a session cookie for authentication
- The mobile app uses secure device storage instead of cookies
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies
11. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transfers
- Password hashing using bcrypt
- Secure token-based authentication
- Rate limiting and API protection
- Access controls for internal systems
12. Children's Data
Our service is used by clubs and fighters to manage combat sports activities.
We may process personal data relating to fighters, including minors where applicable. This data may be provided either by fighters themselves or by authorised club staff.
Clubs are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate legal basis and any required consent to input and manage fighter data.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Blue6 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
