Blue6 is fight night and gym management software built for UK martial arts clubs and promoters. It covers event organisation — matchmaking, bout sheets, weigh-ins, waivers and ticketing — and day-to-day club operations including members, classes, an online store and a member portal.
How does the matchmaking work?
Blue6 uses structured fighter data — weight, discipline, experience and club notes — to suggest fair bout pairings. The organiser or promoter reviews every proposed bout before it is confirmed on the card. Nothing is approved automatically, so you keep full control over the final running order.
What martial arts disciplines does Blue6 support?
Blue6 supports all striking and grappling disciplines including boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA, BJJ and wrestling. Weight classes, experience levels and matchmaking rules can all be configured for the specific requirements of your discipline and event type.
How much does Blue6 cost?
Your first event is completely free — no credit card required. After that, Event Manager is £99 per event with no monthly commitment. Club Manager is a monthly subscription based on active members. See the pricing page for full details.
Do fighters pay to use Blue6?
No. Fighters create free accounts to manage their profile, view events they have been entered into, and track their fight record over time. Only the gym, club or promoter organising the event pays. There is no charge for fighters at any point.
What is a bout sheet and can Blue6 generate one?
A bout sheet is the official running order for a fight night, listing every bout in sequence with fighter names, clubs, disciplines and weight classes. Blue6 generates bout sheets directly from confirmed event data — so if a fighter withdraws or a weight changes, you update the card once and regenerate the latest version rather than editing a design file manually.
